P&P CHARGES

The shopping cart used on this site charge individual P&P* for each CD. Customers buying more than one - where all items are to be shipped to the same address - will still be charged per item, but will have their shipping costs combined and will be refunded any excess.

*P&P added to each item through either shopping cart applies to Mainland UK ONLY.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of cleared payment. Please allow for Sundays and Bank Holidays.  This covers the UK Mainland only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Ireland and other Countries will incur additional postage charges - goods will not be despatched until full payment has been made.

All deliveries are automatically insured up to £20 by our obtaining a 'proof of posting certificate' from the post office.  Any further insurance may be requested or arranged by the customer.

No personal information will be given or sold to any other individual or company for any reason at any time in strict adherence to the Data Protection Act.

SJC Designs  accepts no responsibility for any damage, injury or loss, financial or other wise, caused by items sold by us. SJC Designs  reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. SJC Designs  cannot be held liable for any loss arising from late/failed delivery.

If you need to return an item, please contact SJC Designs by phone or email. Please note: returns are limited to incorrectly described items ONLY, and that p&p and other charges are non-refundable.
