Once you've downloaded a zip file extract ALL the files to a new folder on your drive. Double Click on the HTML Icons to read/view the help file.

Remember, these tutorials are ONLY guidelines. They give you basic help, enough to get you started. From the first piece (I recommend you start with Basic Background and Framed Graphic) you'll be making stationery. Having become familiar with the basic techniques, use your imagination (and a whole heap of free filters) to make your 'work' more interesting/professional. Don't be afraid to experiment, even if something goes wrong, you'll probably have learned from the practice, and may well find you've a better effect than you'd planned on. Lot's of my 'effects' have come about through clicking the wrong buttons, or having the wrong settings. This is supposed to be fun...

I hope these guides help you get started.  Don't forget to read the Information page to find out where to save your finished graphics and html files. Don't forget to make backups!

Over time and with a little practice we each develop our own style, mine's fairly obvious by now, but that's why these guides don't go into too much detail, I'd rather the entire planet didn't do EXACTLY the same things as I do... it's more fun if we each remain individual.
