| Making Watermark Backgrounds With A Small Graphic |
1. Open the graphic you want to use. 2. Open a new image. Click on File/new a box will come up ![]() Alter your boxes to the same info as this one. 3. click on your graphic, to make it active. The height of your strip (the new image you made) is 380px. If the graphic is much bigger, resize the graphic by clicking on Image/resize a box will come up ![]() set the box up as this one is... try resizing the graphic by 75% (as it is set here) click ok see how high the graphic is now, if it's roughly 380px work with it. If not, try again. It doesn't have to be exact. 4. Now that you have your graphic and your strip ready, click on the graphic to make it active. 5. Click on Edit/copy 6. Click on your background strip to make it active. 7. Click on Edit/paste as new layer 8. Move the graphic to the extreme left of the strip. this is the first paste to the strip. ![]() 9. Click on your graphic. Click on Image/mirror Click on Edit/Copy Click on your strip to make it active Click on Edit/Paste as new layer. Line up the two graphics in your strip (as you would real wallpaper) you don't want seams showing. This is the second paste to the strip. ![]() 10. Click on your graphic. Click on Image/mirror Click on Edit/Copy Click on your strip to make it active Click on Edit/Paste as new layer. Line up the two graphics in your strip. This is the third paste to the strip. ![]() 11. . Click on your graphic. Click on Image/mirror Click on Edit/Copy Click on your strip to make it active Click on Edit/Paste as new layer. Line up the two graphics in your strip. This is the Fourth paste to the strip. ![]() 12. Repeat this process until the strip is full. 13. Click Layers/merge all. 14. Click Colours/Adjust/Gamma correction a box will come up. ![]() Move the slides till you find the colour you want. Bear in mind that even the darkest bits will be written on. Click ok.
